Reconciliation is a cumbersome task that must be done daily to accurately track deposits. Busy merchants, because of demanding workloads, are forced to ignore this task and "hope" their deposits are correct and complete.
We'll take your "hope" and turn it into your "assurance".
This is how it works:
We will provide a weekly summarization of all your credit card transaction pinpointing any missing funds by batch day. When a missing transaction is noted, we will request your daily detail report for the effected batch day and furnish all necessary information required to correct the error.
Since not all card types deposit the same, the weekly reporting you receive will be for the prior week's business or one week in arrears while the reconciliation process occurs daily.
